Dr. Goodman has provided expert testimony in cases involving childhood, adolescent, physical and sexual abuse.  He has over 25 years experience in the individual, family and psychopharmacologic treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders.  He provides evaluations requested from Federal/State/County employers, public entities, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

Dr. Goodman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in Forensic Psychiatry.  In addition, he is one of the few psychiatrists in the country fully board certified in all areas of psychiatry including: Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric, Addiction, and Forensic Psychiatry.

He is an Agreed and Qualified Medical Examiner certified by the California Division of Industrial Accidents.

He has co-authored three chapters in the textbook "The Eating Disorders" as well as text published by the American Psychiatric Association.
